There’s no accounting for taste, Shakira’s latest single “She Wolf” is a bonafide hit in the UK but its a different story in the US where the slick disco sounds have failed to capture American radio’s imagination. Strange as its the only Shakira record I’ve ever liked (hey what do I know), her nascent warbles mellowed by the futuristic grooves.

I love it when I get home after an ardous day at the office and there’s a small brown envelope waiting with the latest Fabric CD tucked inside, and today there was an extra quivver of excitement as a Radio Slave mix CD fell out..dark and dangerous to know Radio Slave are everything you want in dark twisted percussive house. Slammin!
